※ “Some policies on enhancing service and promoting development of financial institutes in
　 Shanghai ”, article 39 <2002> issued by the municipal government;

※ The policy of “Some provisions for accelerating the development of the Zhangjiang High-
　 Tech Park ”, article 20 <2001> issued by the municipal government, also applicable to the
　 bankcard industry park;

※ According to the characters and needs of the enterprises in the bankcard industry park, 　

　 the relevant departments of the municipal government are studying to work out more specia land comprehensive industry
　 favorable policies, from which the questions of tax authority registration, admittance limit on foreign-funded enterprises
　 and etc, will hopefully be resolved.


※ Since 1 st January 2004, up to 61 administration fees in the Zhangjiang High-tech Park have been abolished by the Pudong
　 New District government to earnestly lighten burdens of the enterprises in the park.
