Infrastructure




Water supply • Industrial water and potable water within the park is supplied via circulating 　network; • Water quality complies with GB5749—85 national standard for potable water. 　Power supply • Duplex circuits for power supply to be dispatched by East China Electric 　Network, 4 electric substations of 220 KV and 35KV are planned; • Gutang Road 14 holes and Huandong Road 21 holes cabling duct bank are 　planned; • Frequency for the power supply is 50 Hz. 　 Gas supply • The natural gas will be supplied inside the Industry Park with the natural gas
pipeline connected to Pudong gas trunk network; • DN 500 high-pressure gas pipeline and DN 300 intermediate-pressure natural gas pipeline are arranged under Longdong 　Avenue ; • Corresponding fuel gas pipelines under Huandong Road and Gutang Road are planned to constitute complete intermediate- 　pressure gas network together with the DN200~DN300 gas pipelines laid under roads within the Park to meet the gas 　demand. 　 Drainage • In the industry park, well-arranged rain-water drainage and piping system are planned; • Rainwater flows into Zhangjiabang River via DN800~DN1350 pipeline under Huandong Road and DN1200~DN1500 pipeline 　under Gutang Road , and the rainwater drainage system under roads inside the Park. 　 Waste water discharge • Wastewater will be pumped into the header under Longdong Avenue for centralized treatment via DN800 pipeline under 　Huandong Road and DN500 pipeline under Gutang Road and Chuansha Road , as well as the roads with wastewater 　pipelines. 　 Communications • Communication access by dual-exchange and dual-router, a telephone exchange building is planned to be constructed; • China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom and Zhangjiang New Network will be introduced into the park to constitute a 　network via communication cabling duct bank along the roads to ensure swift and smooth information exchange within the 　park; • The broadband network built in the park provides Internet access at rate of 10M / 100M /1Gbps. 　 Roads • The main road and avenue that are completed or to be completed within the industry park include: Longdong Avenue ( 60m 　-wide), Huandong Road ( 50m -wide), Gutang Road ( 40m -wide), Puchuan Road ( 40m -wide), Chuansha Road ( 40m 　-wide), Shangfeng Road ( 24m -wide), Hongxing Road ( 32m -wide) and so on.
