Geologic conditions
•  　The land of the base is flat and the average height above sea is about 3.7 士 0.1
　　meters. The underground water is 0.6-1.2 meters beneath the earth, and has no
　　corrosion effect on concretes.


　Hydrology
•  　The East Sea, the Changjiang River and the Huangpu River constitutes the
　　surrounding water system for the industry park;
•  　The Zhangjiapang Streamway within the industry park giving a scenic view and
　　connecting with the inner river in Pudong and Huangpu River;
• 　 These rivers and well-functioned channels for rainwater & sewage discharge
　　system to prevent flood and water logging.


　Climate
• 　The climate here is of the North Asia subtropical monsoon climate, with distinctive
　　seasons;
•  　Moderate temperature and good ecological environment with annually averaged
　　temperature of 15.5 degree centigrade.
